once upon a time....
Wayne Morse (MD) started as a sound technician working on stage & theatre
shows & was soon handed the reigns of producing these shows himself.
He had purchased a large quantity of equipment with a view to taking these shows
on tour but this did not happen as Wayne was so busy as his services were called
upon for so many different events, corporate & private, that it took up all his
time.
In 2003, he was asked to produce a show which involved pyrotechnics. Wayne was
delighted as he'd always liked burning things or blowing things up.
Near the end of 2004, EXPLOSIVE PRODUCTIONS was born, solely offering one
service of P.A & lighting system hire. Over the next year, Wayne was busy
organising or being involved with events all over the county & was often asked
to provide ALL the entertainment. He primarily used a local entertainment agency
for these acts.
In October 2005, Explosive Productions bought the rights to the contracts
& artist database that were held by 1 Stop Entertainments with the view to
adding "AGENCY" to the list of services offered by Explosive Productions.
On December 31st 2006, 1 Stop Entertainments closed its doors & reopened on the
2nd of January 2007 as part of EXPLOSIVE PRODUCTIONS.
Since then, Explosive Productions has worked in many different areas & has expanded its artist database & now has access to nearly 14,000 different artist & acts from across the UK.
Explosive Productions is a supplier of all types of entertainment services INTERNATIONALLY having fantastic links with similar companies across the world.
What once started off as a one man business, has expanded into one a highly respected company.
Wayne still runs his operation from his office in Haverfordwest in Pembrokeshire, west Wales & can still be found at various parties, weddings & events across the county.
